Required Information:  After submitting the application, please send by email or mail the following documents:

1. Photo ID/Driver’s License;

2. 2 most recent paystubs or proof of income (2 years tax returns if self employed); and

3. 2 most recent bank account statements. 

Once your application has been submitted, your application fees are received and all requested documents, you will be contacted by the leasing office on the status of your application.  If you have any questions, contact us immediately at 844-4SYNTERO or 925-905-9055.

Please note that an application will not be considered until all application fees have been received and application fees are non-refundable.  In order to expedite the processing of your application, we recommend that all application fees are paid online at the time of submitting your application; however, you may also pay all application fees by arranging delivery with our leasing consultant or mailing payment to 244 Front Street, Danville, CA 94526.
